Allow me to share a little of my story!

My upbringing was an experience of contrasts. My mum was my fierce champion, fighting for my freedom and independence at every turn. My dad, on the other hand, was afraid of the world. He tried to shield me from it by stifling my independence—condemning friendships, dismissing emotions, ignoring milestones like birthdays, and refusing to teach me essential life skills like driving or getting a job. Yet, I fought back with a willpower that surprised even me, fueled by my mum’s unwavering support. That journey shaped me deeply. It’s why I hold such a profound desire to help others feel heard, held, and capable of living their most passionate lives—I value and admire good communication skills, support networks and safe spaces in which it feels safe to be seen, as I know these are what kept me moving forward towards my truth.

The Journey

For much of my life, I lived in the shadow of silence. As a child, my voice was not welcome. If I showed emotion, my father would storm out, calling my mother and me “mad women.” If I spoke while he watched TV or sat in the room, I was shushed. I wasn’t allowed to have friends over or spend time with them outside of school. When I sang Christmas carols, I was told, “If you can’t sing, don’t sing.” So, I stopped using my voice, around his presence, it no longer felt safe or welcomed to do so. It didn't feel safe to express myself in my own home. But my heart still needed to express itself. I turned to art and writing, pouring my emotions onto pages and canvases. Later in high school, I found photography - a powerful way to see others and, in turn, see myself & Graphic design my happy place where I became CREATIVELY ALIVE and empowered as I had an outlet and skills to bring my ideas to life.



I’ve spent my life reclaiming my voice, actively learning about self and putting myself in challenging but exhilirating and creatively alive experiences and now I help others do the same. Through my experiences and qualifications in:

❤ Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy & Holistic Counselling – Healing through creative expression, just as I did.

❤ Human Design Coaching – Understanding the energy that makes you uniquely you.

❤ Being an Primary school educator for 20 years, I've learnt how to deliver and guide in deep and profound way. Teaching Art and Design for the past 10 years

❤ 250hr Yoga Teacher Training – Anchoring into calm strength, guiding others to feel safe in their own presence, a deep philosophy and framework of self understanding and love

❤ Photography, Art & Design– Helping people see themselves through my lens, creativity and design

❤ Having my own Podcast "Grab your keys and go" with my Best Friend, in which I practice sharing my voice, thoughts and feelings weekly

❤ Attending a weekly Womens circle which has given me so many rich opportunities to share my truth, grow and hold space for others.

❤ Ongoing life long learner in small business courses, photography and art short courses

❤ Owner of a variety of past small businesses in Custom Art, Handmade Jewelry and Signature creations
